Who gym training is for
Gym training suits anyone who wants to lose fat, build muscle, improve fitness or train for a specific goal. You can be a complete beginner or an experienced athlete. We start from where you are and build from there.
What a typical 45-minute session involves
Every session is a 45-minute session with your personal trainer. We plan each one around your goal. A typical session includes:
-
Warm-up and mobility to prepare your body for training.
-
Strength training using free weights, barbells, squat racks or smith machines.
-
Fat loss work such as Wattbikes, sleds and battle ropes.
-
Conditioning to build stamina and keep your heart rate working.
-
Cool-down and review so you know what we covered and what comes next.
Your trainer varies the plan from session to session. This keeps training fresh and keeps you challenged.
Equipment and facilities
Each gym is fully equipped with high-quality products for clients to use. This includes free weights, barbells, smith machines, squat racks, treadmills, Wattbikes, sleds and battle ropes.
We also provide state-of-the-art changing rooms, showers, private lockers, fresh towels and toiletries. There is plenty of space, so you can relax and save your energy for your training.
