Membership to the London Gym is exclusive and highly limited - we take on only 20 Clients on at once for gym Personal Training and 20 for home Personal Training.


We do this to make sure the quality never drops, and we can uphold our amazing attention to detail in delivering the ultimate body transformation.


Our gyms have been designed for clients who value privacy, want to train in a high-quality environment with the best trainers and equipment who are aiming to achieve long-lasting fitness results.


We understand that our clients want total discretion and have trained celebrities, Olympians, leading footballers, politicians, diplomats, aristocrats and private individuals who wish to train in a private and peaceful environment.

Our two founders each have over 20 years of experience in all aspects of fitness - including Personal Training, nutrition and training design and deliver outstanding customer service. 

Through their extensive experience, they recognised the need for an exclusive limited members-only programme, where privacy and discretion are as critical as reaching personal wellbeing and fitness goals.


Nick has been a Personal Trainer for over 20 years, training over one thousand clients in the UK and internationally. His clients include high-level businessmen, celebrities, super models, and sportsmen.


Anna, a fitness enthusiast, and figure skater, has worked extensively in the private sector, advising a range of clients from high government officials to CEOs of large corporations and small businesses, working across Europe, Africa, Asia, CIS and America.

Together, they offer the highest quality fitness training, a highly personalised service and exceptional customer care.



The London Gym hires only the very best personal trainers with the simple aim of helping each member to meet their personal goals in a realistic and agreed timeframe.

​ Each trainer meets the highest standards set by our founders and has a competitive sports or sport science background, backed by further education in sports and fitness, and at least a decade’s experience in personal training.
