Yes, we only train clients once a membership package is purchased and a live account is active.
Can I book over the phone?
Gone are the days of booking via phone or text, our online booking system is set up to make life easy and for each member to book the time and day they require in less than 30 seconds.
Do I have to be fit before I start a training plan?
Off course not, you can be a first timer or a athlete our experienced trainers will guide you through your journey starting from any fitness level.ab.

No, we are cashless all payments are made online.
Do we have a cancelation policy?
We do we require discipline to make sure our members gain the most from each training session, we require 24 hours’ notice without charge.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Just yourself with a can-do attitude and we will go above and beyond to deliver everything else.
Are the personal trainers insured?
All our elite team of trainers are fully insured, first aid certified, DBS checked, each trainer has over 10 years’ experience, you are in the safest and most experienced hands possible.
Do I need to buy any equipment for home or park personal training?
No, our elite team will bring everything you can possible think of, you are required to just open your front door to let us in to train.
Do you provide showers and toiletries for gym members?
We sure do, we have two luxury showers, with private lockers, fresh towel’s and lovely posh soap and shower gels.
Do I require to fill out a health questionnaire before I train?
Yes, we require each client to sign a health form before any sessions take place.
Are there any age requirement’s?
If under 18 years old, we do require a guardian’s consent.
Do you have a Refund policy?
We do not refund any pre-paid training sessions but are able to cancel your membership with just one month’s notice if required.
