As the summer holidays approach we thought it necessary to give you some tips in keeping the body you have worked so hard to build up over the last few months.
To ensure you don't lose your fitness while on holiday, follow these tips:

2.Incorporate Short Workouts- Use quick, high-intensity workouts like the one provided. They can be done anywhere and don't require much time.
3.Healthy Eating- Balance indulgences with healthy meals. Focus on fresh fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains.
4.Hydrate - Drink plenty of water, especially if you're in a hot climate or engaging in physical activities.
5.Routine and Flexibility- Maintain a flexible workout schedule. If you miss a session, try to make up for it later or engage in another form of activity.
6. Rest and Recovery- Ensure you get enough sleep and listen to your body. Holidays are also about relaxation and recovery.
