From Inconsistent to Incredible: Lola’s Transformation Journey


We don’t often dedicate a whole blog post to just one transformation — but this one truly deserves the spotlight. The results speak for themselves, and we couldn’t be prouder to share them.


When Lola first joined us back in mid-March, her diet was inconsistent and workouts were hit-and-miss. Fast forward just a few months and… wow 🤯


Here’s what she’s achieved:


✨ Nearly 2 stone down

12% body fat lost

✨ Looking lean, strong, and confident

✨ More energy

✨ More discipline


And the best part? This was all achieved through a structured 2–3 day personal training split routinecombined with a tailored nutrition plan. No gimmicks, no shortcuts — just consistency, accountability, and the right guidance.


We have huge respect for the effort and dedication Lola has shown. This is only Stage 1 of her journey. Next up is focusing on strength and conditioning, maintaining accountability, and continuing to push forward.
