Dear All,
Over the last few years intermittent faster has become a very big talking point, we get asked a lot from various client's about our views, we hope he below can help answer some of your questions.
Intermittent fasting is safe for may of us but it's not for everyonne Skipping meals may not be the best way to manage your weight if you're pregnant or breast-feeding. If you have kidney stones, gastroesophageal reflux, diabetes or other medical problems, talk with your doctor before starting intermittent fasting.
The best way to approach intermittent fasting depends on your lifestyle and goals. See below for a few different options.
1.16/8 Method Fast for 16 hours and eat during an 8-hour window each day. Commonly, people skip breakfast and eat from noon to 8 PM.
2. 5:2 Diet Eat normally for five days of the week, and consume only about 500-600 calories on the other two non-consecutive days.
3. Eat-Stop-Eat Involves fasting for 24 hours once or twice a week. For example, not eating from dinner one day until dinner the next day.
4. Alternate-Day Fasting Fast every other day, either completely or by limiting calories to about 500.
5. Warrior Diet Eat small amounts of raw fruits and vegetables during the day and one large meal at night, within a 4-hour eating window.
For best results, choose a method that fits your lifestyle, and be sure to maintain a balanced diet during eating periods. Always stay hydrated through out any diet.
Personally 16/8 method is he safest choice but thats just our personal views :)
Keep training hard.
